It has been a long three years of sacrificing weekends, designing, redesigning, building, rebuilding, and trouble shooting. Finally finishing this passion project  that is a 1976 Apache Carnival Trailer into a modern mobile kitchen capable of serving up some really Crazy good food!!  Vincent Digirolamo, our resident Pit Master and owner is bringing that fire to the Triangle.

After more than 25 years in the industry, exploring many cuisines and concepts, Jesse Williams is cutting his teeth in a new adventure. Joining forces with his great friend and cohort, Vincent Digirolamo, in this venture known as Crazy Guys.  Bringing his flare for flavor and drive to provide top notch customer service in a fast and friendly way; Jesse has finally come home!
